When I was bedridden for almost a month following my operations, I lost much more than my physical condition: I lost my bearings.
Getting back into sports was a huge challenge. I felt heavy, tired, and the frustration of no longer being able to do what used to be easy almost made me give up.

That's why I created the PhenixFit method: a rehabilitation approach, initially designed to rebuild athletes (amateurs and pros).
Today, I've adapted this method for you. Why? Because while it's safe and effective enough to train an athlete, it's the most suitable and safest way to get your body moving, without ever hurting you, and to permanently break the cycle of fatigue.
